Operations Manager/Supervisor

Job Description

Oversee the day-to-day retail operations of solar panels, portable power stations, and related renewable energy products. Manage sales, inventory, logistics, suppliers, customer service, and store/branch performance while ensuring efficient operations and achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail and operational activities.
• Manage sales, warehouse, inventory, logistics, and supplier coordination.
• Lead and monitor store/operations staff.
• Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Monitor operational performance and achieve business targets.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in retail or operations management.
• Experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical products, or power stations is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of inventory, logistics, and sales operations.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Willing to travel when required.
