Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in
logistics management, supply chain operations, and process optimization, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive leader who can streamline workflows, manage vendor relationships, and scale operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end eCommerce operations, including order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and returns
- Manage and optimize logistics and supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery
- Coordinate with logistics team (couriers/ deliverymen/shoppers), and store partners
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to maintain optimal stock availability
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics (KPIs)
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by resolving operational issues and improving service levels
- Lead and mentor operations staff, ensuring productivity and accountability
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, IT) to align operations with business goals
- Identify opportunities for automation and scalability in operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in eCommerce or retail
- Strong background in logistics, warehouse, and delivery operations
- Proven ability to manage teams and improve operational efficiency
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and inventory systems
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
