Key Responsibilities
- Provides leadership, coaching, and process improvement initiatives to all franchisees
- Works closely with Franchise Managing Directors and branch managers
- Ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures (Pilferage, Fraud Prevention, etc.) by implementing and monitoring operational processes
- Manages and directs the franchise retail stores closely
- Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to the Franchise Retail operation.
- Implements franchisors policies and procedures.
- Familiar with complex POS and inventory system, practices, and procedures.
- Provide continuous improvement to the quality and service of Franchise stores.
- Maintain a positive relationship with Franchisees, store managers, suppliers, and contractors
- Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in operations, customer service, store staff hygiene & cleanliness rules, store maintenance, & general administration are completed & in place in accordance with the Franchisors policy & branch operation manual.
- Ensure that all branches will be able to achieve high sales and quality service standards
- Monitor Labor issues and store reports, manpower scheduling, and productivity.
- Coordinate with the Planning and Construction department for new stores.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Management, Marketing
