Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership, coaching, and process improvement initiatives to all franchisees
  • Works closely with Franchise Managing Directors and branch managers
  • Ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures (Pilferage, Fraud Prevention, etc.) by implementing and monitoring operational processes
  • Manages and directs the franchise retail stores closely
  • Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to the Franchise Retail operation.
  • Implements franchisors policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with complex POS and inventory system, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide continuous improvement to the quality and service of Franchise stores.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with Franchisees, store managers, suppliers, and contractors
  • Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in operations, customer service, store staff hygiene & cleanliness rules, store maintenance, & general administration are completed & in place in accordance with the Franchisors policy & branch operation manual.
  • Ensure that all branches will be able to achieve high sales and quality service standards
  • Monitor Labor issues and store reports, manpower scheduling, and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the Planning and Construction department for new stores.
