Operations Manager

Siteserv, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee site operations, ensure project efficiency, and drive operational excellence across assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily site operations and project execution

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and support teams

Monitor manpower, equipment utilization, and operational costs

Identify risks and implement corrective actions

Prepare operational reports for management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical)

At least 7-10 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or energy projects

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Willing to be assigned and relocate to Mariveles, Bataan
