About the Role:

The ideal candidate for Operations Manager will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. This isn't just about managing stores; it's about scaling our mission of bringing everyday warmth to Filipino households.

In this role, you will act as the vital bridge between our corporate strategy and frontline execution, empowering our teams to achieve operational excellence.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and Mentor: Guide Area Managers and branch teams across the Davao Region to achieve daily performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive Operational Efficiency: Analyze branch P&L, optimize resource allocation, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize profitability.
• Uphold Quality Standards: Ensure strict compliance with Panadero's quality, safety, and sanitation protocols across all assigned locations.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate closely with HR, Franchise Partners, and Executive Leadership to support continuous branch development and team alignment.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience in multi-unit operations management (F&B, retail, or FMCG preferred).
• A strong, empathetic leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the Davao Region market and retail landscape.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and others
