Job Description

Oversee end-to-end 3PL and logistics operations, ensuring efficient delivery execution, inventory accuracy, warehouse performance, and continuous process improvement.
Lead demand planning and inventory management, including forecasting, stock optimisation, and S&OP reporting to support business performance and minimise stock risks.
Manage customer service and after-sales operations, driving service excellence, resolving escalations, and improving SOPs and response standards.
Oversee project execution, ensuring timely delivery, effective risk management, and proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage contractor and service provider relationships, including performance evaluation, resource planning, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Lead and develop the operations team, setting clear objectives, driving performance, and fostering continuous improvement across functions.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, demand planning, and third-party logistics (3PL), preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience leading and developing teams, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive performance against operational goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholder relationships.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve operational performance.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and related functions); familiarity with ERP systems and Salesforce is an advantage.
Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma considered a plus.
