JJ Grand Premium Fruits Inc. is a Philippine-based food manufacturing and export company specializing in premium banana chips and tropical snack products. Established in 2013, the company is committed to producing high-quality banana chips made from locally sourced Cardava bananas and cooked in pure coconut oil.

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the banana chips manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production, product quality, food safety compliance, manpower supervision, cost control, and timely delivery of products. The role involves managing production processes from raw material receiving up to packing and dispatch while maintaining operational excellence and workplace safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• At least 3–5 years experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in food manufacturing
• Experience in handling large manpower and production scheduling.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and production planning.
• Willing to be assigned in plant operations.
