Company Overview: Motorsports, Professional Events Management company that caters to conceptualizing events and branding efforts to provide a complete ladder in motorsports and driver training.

Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa

Work Setup: Monday–Friday: On-site

OPERATIONS INTEGRATOR

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Operations Integrator who can lead teams, execute the company's business plan, and ensure that all departments are aligned toward achieving organizational goals. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership, operational discipline, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead, Manage & Hold People Accountable

  • Provide day-to-day leadership across multiple teams
  • Set expectations and ensure commitments are met
  • Maintain high performance and accountability standards
  • Conduct weekly L10 meetings, track KPIs, and manage scorecard performance
  • Reinforce operational discipline across all departments

2. Execute the Business Plan (Goals & Milestones)

  • Drive implementation of quarterly and annual business goals
  • Track milestones and ensure timely execution
  • Align teams to strategic priorities

3. Own the Company Scorecard

Responsible for reviewing and ensuring performance across:

  • Sales Quota
  • Collection / Bank Reconciliation
  • Profitability
  • TSAT (Team Satisfaction)
  • CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)

4. Cascade Culture & Strategy

  • Communicate and reinforce company values, strategy, and direction
  • Ensure alignment between leadership and frontline teams
  • Promote a culture of discipline, performance, and collaboration

Qualifications

  • Familiarity or experience with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS Framework) is preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Background in operations, business management, or related field
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized, structured, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable managing scorecards, KPIs, and operational tracking
  • Ability to lead L10 meetings and drive accountability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
