What you'll do:

As an Operations Manager, you will take on a high-impact, hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing internal operations across Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), and Talent Acquisition (TA). You will work closely with the General Manager to translate strategic direction into execution, ensuring that systems, processes, and teams are aligned, efficient, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities for this Role Include:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations across HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition
  • Set clear goals, priorities, and accountability within support teams
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work
  • Optimize and maximize the use of internal systems and tools (HRIS, ATS, CRM, accounting touchpoints)
  • Monitor recruitment pipelines and ensure timely hiring and onboarding
  • Align cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Track and analyze operational metrics to support data-driven decision-making
  • Identify capacity gaps and recommend resource allocation or additional support
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and maintain organized documentation
  • Partner with IT to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and scalable

Successful Candidates Must Have:


  • 5–8+ years of experience in operations, preferably in BPO, offshoring, or shared services environments
  • Experience managing multiple support functions such as HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT
  • Proven track record of improving processes and driving team performance
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and align cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with systems such as HRIS, ATS, CRM, and other operational tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with senior leadership

Work Arrangements:


  • Schedule: 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM PHT
  • Work Setup: Work On-Site
  • Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
