Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a Global Insurance & Risk Management company in their search for a Senior Operations Manager based in BGC, Taguig City.

Salary Range: Open to discussion

Work Setup: Hybrid

Shift Schedule: Shifting

Location: BGC, Taguig City

The role

The Operations Manager Insurance will oversee and optimize insurance operations processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery. This role requires a strategic leader who can manage teams, implement process improvements, and drive operational excellence while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is experienced in leading diverse teams and possesses a blend of operational, strategic, and transformational leadership skills.

Your Responsibilities

  • Process Management & Improvement
  • Drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Review and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Monitor and enhance productivity across all operational areas.
  • Identify process gaps and implement solutions to optimize workflows.
  • People Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Associates, Analysts, and Supervisors.
  • Oversee workforce performance, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Own the preparation and analysis of weekly and monthly management reports, highlighting gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Strategic & Transformational Leadership
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to support organizational goals.
  • Drive transformational changes in operations, fostering innovation and adaptability.
  • Implement best practices to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Address escalations effectively and ensure timely resolution of client concerns.
  • Align operational strategies with client expectations and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • 710 years of leadership experience in operations, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong technical skills in process management, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple levels.
  • Expertise in preparing and analyzing management reports.
  • Strategic thinker with transformational leadership capabilities.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to work in any shift (day or night).
