Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City, responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction and business operations. This role manages project schedules, resources, and workflows to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Operations Manager coordinates with project managers, site engineers, suppliers, and clients to maintain clear communication and smooth execution of project plans. Daily tasks include monitoring performance metrics, enforcing company policies and building standards, managing procurement and logistics, and identifying process improvements. The role also involves supporting strategic planning, risk management, and compliance with local regulations and industry best practices.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage construction operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.
• Strong skills in project management, with experience handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in planning and organizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and optimizing operational processes.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in the Philippines.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis related to construction projects.
• Ability to lead teams, provide clear direction, and support performance management and staff development.
• Comfort with using project management and office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools, construction management platforms).
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial position within the construction industry is highly beneficial.
