Role Description The Operations Manager – Healthcare is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This position oversees daily healthcare recruitment operations, including managing end-to-end processes for client requirements, coordinating with recruiters, and ensuring timely, high-quality candidate deployment. The role involves maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing workflows, and implementing operational policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals. The Operations Manager monitors performance metrics, prepares operational reports, and collaborates closely with clients to understand staffing needs and service expectations. This role also includes mentoring team members, resolving operational issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across healthcare accounts.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in operations management, preferably within healthcare recruitment, staffing, or related talent acquisition functions.
- Strong skills in process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance monitoring to support efficient daily operations.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, client coordination, and cross-functional collaboration to address healthcare staffing requirements.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, documentation standards, and labor or employment guidelines relevant to recruitment activities.
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams, with strong people management, conflict resolution, and delegation skills.
- Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present reports and operational updates clearly to leadership and clients.
- Comfort with using recruitment and HRIS systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to support decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience working in or with healthcare organizations, hospitals, or clinics is highly advantageous.
