What will you do

1. Operational Excellence: Oversees the operations team to ensure day to day supply chain operations functions, such as logistics, warehousing, inventory movements, sourcing, run smoothly without issues.
2. Lead the Operations Team: Guides, manages, and inspires the operations team to reach organizational goals. Properly delegates workload and performs regular check-up on direct reports. 
3. Operations Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner 
4. Process Improvement and Review: Regularly reviews existing processes, documents gaps, problems, and inefficiencies, and suggests improvements. 
5. Manage supplier relationships: builds and maintains good working relationships with our local suppliers which include contacts from 3rd party services like warehousing, trucking, product bundling, product sourcing, fulfillment, among others. 

Who are we looking for

1. 2-4 years of experience in business, inventory, and supply chain operations
2. Detail-oriented, a leader, team player and highly-organized 
3. Has experience in project management, risk management, process improvement, quality management, and data analytics.
4. Must be proficient in Excel 
5. Agile and Quick to resolve problems
6. Experience using SAP or similar related software is a plus
