Role Overview:

We're looking for a highly driven Operations & Sales Manager to join us as our first hire. This is a unique opportunity to manage end-to-end operations, build and lead a sales team, and play a critical role in creating scalable processes for our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.

  • HMO Coordination: Liaise with partner HMO providers to manage enrollment, claims, and service escalations.

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire corporate clients. Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.

  • Process Development: Design and implement operational workflows, SOPs, and reporting systems to support growth.

  • Vendor & Partner Relations: Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and ensure compliance with agreements.

  • Data & Reporting: Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and identify areas for improvement.

  • Problem Solving: Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations and sales leadership (HMO or healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to build and manage teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a startup environmentadaptable, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace.
