Basic Qualifications:

• At least 2 years finisher of any college course
• At least 6 years of People Management experience
• Experience in handling Insurance Brokerage account
• Experience in handling other type of Insurance campaign is also a plus
• Amenable to work onsite and night shift in Taguig

Scope of Responsibilities:

-Work from office position as per the project requirement

-Lead, coach, and develop team leaders/supervisor to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.

-Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs, providing constructive feedback and support.

-Handle escalated customer concerns, providing resolutions that balance customer satisfaction and company policies.

-Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and results-driven team culture

-Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance standards.

-Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Customer Service) to resolve systemic billing issues.

-Collaborate and implement possible identified solutions to enhance workflows, reduce errors, and improve billing accuracy

-Lead or contribute to projects aimed at optimizing the billing function and improving customer experience.

-Develop and document business requirements for new processes, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

-Track project progress, manage timelines, and communicate updates to stakeholders
