Job Description

Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with an aggregate of numerous companies in Metro Manila and Davao that franchise branded food concepts in their search for a Refrigerator and Airconditioner Technician based in Ortigas.

Salary Range: Open

Work Setup: Onsite

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

The role

This position involves leading, mentoring, and developing talent to cultivate a high-achieving environment, while concurrently establishing and enforcing rigorous standards to ensure superior client satisfaction and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will be accountable for analyzing operational metrics and implementing systemic improvements that directly maximize fiscal performance, efficiency, and organizational profitability.

Your Responsibilities

  • Operational Governance and Regulatory Adherence: Oversee and ensure strict compliance with specialized industry standards and regulatory frameworks, implementing necessary policies and procedural controls.
  • Financial Strategy and Performance Optimization: Develop and execute strategic plans focused on maximizing fiscal performance, setting ambitious targets for revenue growth, operational output, and expense reduction to drive overall cost efficiency.
  • Market Penetration and Brand Advocacy: Initiate and cultivate strategic external partnerships, leading outreach and engagement programs designed to expand market presence and strengthen community recognition for the organization's services or products.
  • Talent Management and Workforce Development: Direct the complete lifecycle of human capital, including strategic acquisition, comprehensive skill development, effective resource allocation (scheduling), and continuous performance assessment and coaching.
  • Resource Stewardship and Expense Control: Institute rigorous systems for managing supply chains and physical assets, with a primary focus on meticulous inventory control and aggressive management of prime cost variables (e.g., supplies and human resources) to minimize operational losses.
  • Stakeholder Relations and Conflict Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex service issues, ensuring rapid, professional, and satisfactory resolution of high-level concerns to maintain exceptional customer loyalty.
  • Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement: Conduct in-depth analysis of comprehensive financial and operational data, translating insights into actionable strategies for improving key performance indicators (KPIs) and increasing overall business health.
  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Work collaboratively with executive leadership to plan, develop, and deploy cohesive promotional campaigns and strategic marketing efforts designed to increase market share and drive sales volume.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant or Operations Manager (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, budgeting, and staff management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Must be focused on total business operations to achieve desired targets.
