FIELD FORCE MANAGEMENT
Job Overview
As the Field Force Account Manager for the Mobile and Consumer Electronics Industry, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational effectiveness of agency-hired field employees (Promoters) to ensure alignment with company standards, policies, regulations, and KPIs. The role involves managing the day-to-day operations of promoters across multiple locations, with a strong focus on compliance, performance management, and effective coordination between the HR agency, promoters, and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the mobile and consumer electronics industry, along with proven experience in managing field-based teams.
Key Responsibilities
Field Force Management
- Oversee field force operations and ensure promoters consistently meet company standards in attendance, professionalism, productivity, and performance.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the HR agency and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor promoter performance, engagement, and overall well-being.
Compliance and Standards
- Ensure all promoters and partner HR agencies adhere to company policies, procedures, and brand guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are consistently implemented across all field locations.
Agency Coordination
- Coordinate closely with HR agencies regarding recruitment, onboarding, training, deployment, and performance evaluation of promoters.
- Monitor agency service delivery and contractual obligations to ensure alignment with company expectations and operational requirements.
Field Operations Management
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and punctuality of field promoters to ensure optimal manpower utilization and minimize operational downtime.
- Implement communication strategies to keep promoters informed of product updates, campaigns, company policies, and operational changes.
- Ensure promoters are properly equipped with the necessary tools, materials, and resources to perform their duties effectively.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), including attendance, product knowledge, sales engagement, and customer interaction quality.
- Address performance concerns promptly and collaborate with HR agencies on corrective actions and improvement plans.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports on field operations, promoter performance, and operational challenges.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to management to support operational improvements and business objectives.
