Position Summary
Electrovers Corporation is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of daily operational activities. The successful candidate will assist in managing field and office operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service quality. Experience or familiarity with utility service meter reading operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- As Operations Manager you will oversee daily operational activities and workforce deployment.
- Coordinate field personnel schedules, assignments, and performance monitoring.
- Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Monitor productivity, service delivery, and operational KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Review operational reports, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal departments regarding operational concerns.
- Resolving field issues, customer complaints, and service interruptions in a timely manner.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of operational staff.
- Prepare operational documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Participate in budgeting, resource planning, and inventory monitoring as required.
- Conduct field inspections and audits to verify work quality and compliance.
Preferred Utility Meter Reading Responsibilities
- Support and monitor utility meter reading operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Review meter reading schedules, routes, and productivity reports.
- Assist in investigating meter reading discrepancies, exceptions, and customer concerns.
- Coordinate with utility service providers and field personnel regarding operational requirements.
- Promote the use of technology and best practices in meter reading and data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 57 years of experience in operations, field services, utilities, or related industries.
- Familiarity with utility service meter reading operations is preferred.
- Experience in team supervision and workforce coordination.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze operational data and prepare management reports.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to conduct field visits and oversee operational activities as needed.
