Role SummaryCuraKidney is looking for a Center Operations Manager to take overall ownership of center performance and act as the single point of coordination for all center-related matters.
The Center Head will work closely with HR, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, Facilities, Regulatory, and Operations teams to ensure the center runs smoothly, operates at maximum capacity, delivers excellent patient experience, and resolves issues quickly.
This role is not about personally handling every function, but about making sure the right departments are aligned, accountable, and moving on time.
Key Responsibilities- Own overall center performance and daily coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for all center-related matters.
- Monitor center capacity, patient growth, patient experience, staffing, supplies, compliance, facility readiness, and cost control.
- Coordinate with HR for hiring, staffing gaps, attendance, and performance concerns.
- Coordinate with Marketing for patient growth, engagement activities, testimonials, and patient experience initiatives.
- Coordinate with Operations/Admin for supplies, regulatory documents, and center readiness.
- Coordinate with Facilities/Vendors for repairs, maintenance, equipment, utilities, and center upkeep.
- Coordinate with Finance for expense monitoring, vendor payments, and cost control.
- Track open issues and ensure timely closure.
- Escalate risks early and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications- Experience in operations, healthcare administration, clinic management, or business coordination.
- Healthcare, dialysis, clinic, hospital, or diagnostics experience is preferred.
- Strong coordination, ownership, and follow-through skills.
- Able to work with multiple departments and hold teams accountable.
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented.
