Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations Leadership

• Lead day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and service KPIs.
• Manage inbound, outbound, inventory management, and value-added services activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Drive workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency.

Digitalization & Innovation

• Identify and implement digital solutions to improve warehouse productivity, visibility, and accuracy.
• Lead warehouse automation and technology projects, including WMS enhancements, dashboard development, robotics, RF solutions, and data analytics tools.
• Promote a culture of innovation by encouraging process improvement ideas and testing new technologies.
• Utilize data and operational insights to drive decision-making and business performance.

Process Standardization & Continuous Improvement

• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and best practices across warehouse operations.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement initiatives to eliminate waste and optimize processes.
• Establish governance and auditing mechanisms to ensure process compliance and sustainability.
• Drive operational excellence programs and knowledge-sharing across sites.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and operational teams.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Present operational updates, project progress, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of warehouse or logistics operations management experience.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation, automation, or process improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), data analytics, and operational technologies.
• Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
