Are you an experienced
Operations Manager with leadership skills and fluent Japanese We are looking for a talented individual to take charge of our
daily operations, coordinate key projects, and ensure smooth collaboration with our
Japanese partners. If you have a passion for process optimization and excellent management skills, this is the role for you!
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and streamline day-to-day operations across various departments to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Project Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams in executing projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and goals are met.
- Assist in Planning & Policy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership in strategic planning and policy development, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure that all operations and projects meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.
- Client & Partner Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, with a focus on Japanese partners. Facilitate communication, address concerns, and ensure smooth collaboration across regions.
- Fluent in Japanese: Must have JLPT N2 level proficiency to effectively communicate with Japanese clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management, with a strong background in overseeing cross-functional teams and projects.
- Proven experience in project coordination and operational excellence, with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience in policy development, ensuring operational processes align with business objectives and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to engage with diverse teams and international partners.
Nice To Have
- Previous experience working in an international environment, particularly with Japanese clients or partners.
- Background in strategic planning and business process improvement.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Jira).
