Job Description
Lead and oversee manufacturing operations, including Production, Quality, Process Engineering, and Project Management. Responsible for driving successful NPI and mass production activities while ensuring quality, on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead RFQ, NPI, and production ramp-up activities to meet customer requirements.
- Manage manufacturing operations to achieve targets in quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and operational excellence initiatives.
- Oversee capacity planning, equipment investments, and cost optimization programs.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure operational readiness for business growth.
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams across Production, Quality, Engineering, and Materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- At least 10 years of managerial experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the EMS or Semiconductor industry.
- Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies.
