Overview

This role owns the end-to-end execution of both field and remote operations, including road marking projects and bitumen decanter site performance. You will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, sites operate with minimal downtime, and resources are optimally deployed.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations Management

• Plan and schedule all road marking projects
• Deploy crews and equipment efficiently
• Resolve real-time site issues
• Ensure high-quality execution on-site

Remote Site Operations Oversight

• Oversee performance of all bitumen decanter sites
• Manage site leads and operators
• Ensure uptime, output, and operational discipline

Resource Allocation

• Optimize deployment of manpower, equipment, and logistics
• Balance priorities across multiple projects and locations

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead field supervisors, crew leaders, and site operators
• Drive accountability, productivity, and discipline

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Asset Reliability, and Finance

Continuous Improvement

• Improve SOPs, scheduling systems, and execution processes

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in construction, infrastructure, or industrial operations
• Experience managing multiple teams and sites
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
