Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing operational processes, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining performance metrics to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in relevant and/or related fields such as collections, logistics, telecommunications and other similar industries, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience in managing operations, such as call centers, technical support, or debt collections recovery or any related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and mentor large teams.
- In-depth knowledge of collections operations, including workforce management, service delivery, and process optimization.
- Experience with performance metrics (KPIs) and tools to drive results.
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Financial management capabilities, including budget planning, cost control, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Familiarity with performance management platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Willling to work in Marikina and Quezon City
