Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
  • Oversee operational policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor operations managers, supervisors, and staff to meet performance targets.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve productivity.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization and Performance Monitoring:

  • Analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.

Budget and Resource Management:

  • Prepare and manage operational budgets to maximize cost-efficiency.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and timelines.
  • Track expenses, forecast needs, and implement cost-control measures.

Stakeholder and Client Relations:

  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to address business needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on performance and project progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and achieving performance goals.
