Role: OPERATIONS MANAGER
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Starting Salary: ₱48,000 per month
Shift: Full-Time Graveyard Shift Position (M - F 9am - 7pm EST with a 1 hour lunch break)
Our sister company, Music for Life Kids is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to help support a rapidly growing music education company serving more than 3,000 children at over 100 preschools throughout the United States.
We currently operate in California, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., with additional markets planned in Texas, Ohio, and beyond.
This is a long-term growth opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, coordinating schedules, and helping organizations run more smoothly.
YOUR JOB
Your job is not simply to solve problems.
Your job is to help build systems that prevent problems from happening again.
You will regularly communicate with:
• School Directors
• Parents
• Teachers
• Internal Administrative Staff
One of your most important responsibilities will be ensuring that all parties above that are involved are informed, aligned, and on the same page.
When issues arise, you will gather information, communicate with everyone affected, coordinate solutions, and ensure that each person understands what is happening, why it is happening, what actions are being taken, and what comes next.
You will help coordinate communication, scheduling, logistics, and operations while continuously identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage operational communications
• Coordinate teacher scheduling and substitute coverage
• Schedule demonstrations, assessments, and special events
• Research solutions using AI tools and available resources
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally
• Create and improve systems, procedures, and workflows
• Monitor teacher schedules and availability
• Assist with operational projects as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Professional phone communication skills
• Spoken English must be clear and easily understood by U.S.-based parents, teachers, and school administrators
• Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other research tools
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet work environment
• Ability to work independently
