Operations Manager – Consumer Electronics (CE)
As a Field Force Operations Manager – Consumer Electronics (CE), you will lead and oversee the daily operations of field promoters assigned across multiple retail partners and stores. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, maintaining brand standards, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing retail execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of field promoters to consistently achieve sales targets and operational KPIs.
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor attendance, productivity, merchandising standards, product availability, and promoter performance.
- Ensure excellent retail execution, including product displays, planogram compliance, pricing accuracy, and promotional campaign implementation.
- Coordinate with HR agencies on manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, deployment, training, attendance, and performance management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, store management, distributors, and internal business teams.
- Monitor field manpower deployment and optimize store coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and field execution, providing actionable recommendations to improve business results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, retail partner requirements, and brand guidelines.
- Prepare accurate operational and performance reports and present insights to management to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Field Force Management, Retail Operations, Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Account Management within the Consumer Electronics (CE) or Mobile industry.
- Proven experience managing field promoters across multiple retail stores and dealer networks.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards, sales execution, and consumer electronics products.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and sales performance reporting tools.
- Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular field visits.
