A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

The Operations Manager is responsible for a range of services related to Media Commercial Inventory.

Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage Team Leaders and analysts supporting Media Commercial Inventory operations including Scheduling, Sponsorship Management, and Material Keying.
  • Oversee commercial inventory scheduling to ensure accurate placement of spots in line with programming grids, dayparts, contractual commitments, and regulatory requirements while maximizing inventory fill rates.
  • Supervise sponsorship bookings and promotional campaigns, ensuring correct processing, placement compliance, and timely execution of commitments.
  • Ensure proper logging, validation, and quality control of creative materials for on-air delivery, maintaining high accuracy in material keying and schedule entries.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance across productivity, accuracy, SLA adherence, and KPIs, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver start-of-month PEAMs, Team Leader scorecards, end-of-month PAFs, and client performance reports including Adhoc, WTD, and EOM reporting.
  • Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and process gaps, implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce errors or missed spots.
  • Serve as the primary operations contact for the client, managing escalations, callouts, last-minute programming changes, priority spots, and high-demand campaign periods.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Workforce, Finance, HR, Compliance, and other departments to ensure staffing plans, campaign requirements, and budget controls are aligned and executed effectively.
  • Ensure payroll-related inputs including schedules, attendance, leave filings, overtime, and MyPay logs are accurate and compliant prior to final approval.
  • Manage staffing plans, attrition, and succession by developing Team Leaders through structured coaching, triad sessions, documented coaching logs, and performance interventions where necessary.
  • Issue DPFs and CAFs in accordance with company policy, reinforce Code of Conduct adherence, and ensure progressive coaching and compliance with operational standards.
  • Ensure PIF creation, Workday updates, and employment changes including role movements and terminations are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Cascade and monitor completion of compliance requirements including ISMS and mandatory training programs for self and team members.
  • Maintain oversight of campaign and tracker management including priority files, attendance, statistics, and commercial inventory utilization metrics.
  • Reinforce operational forms, processes, and internal controls, ensuring audit and reconciliation practices are in place to minimize risk and maintain data integrity.
  • Drive engagement and performance programs to motivate teams to exceed productivity targets without compromising quality.
  • Address operational and management issues during business hours and remain flexible to shifting schedules as required by the program.

a Bit About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience managing BPO or shared-service operations, preferably in media, broadcasting, or commercial inventory.
  • At least 2 years BPO experience
  • Proven team leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling systems, and workflow management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize enquiries as requested by management
  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team
  • Client-focused and able to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable managing escalations and high-pressure deadlines.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and adaptable to fast-changing environments.
