Job Description

Scope

  • Lead overall operations across multiple sites, teams, or regions
  • Ensure smooth daily execution of business processes and service delivery
  • Monitor performance, targets, and operational KPIs closely
  • Improve efficiency, reduce costs, and remove process bottlenecks
  • Coordinate across departments like finance, HR, sales, and logistics
  • Manage workforce planning and capacity across operations
  • Handle escalations and ensure operational issues are resolved quickly
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization of processes

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong background in operations, general management, or service delivery
  • Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations
  • Good track record of improving efficiency and execution quality
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-volume environments
  • Good understanding of process improvement methods
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Able to balance strategy and hands-on execution
