Operations Maintenance Manager

Job Overview

The O&M Manager is primarily accountable for all maintenance, reliability, safety, compliance, and performance activities of the plant. The role is also responsible for planning, supervision, KPI monitoring, failure investigations, process improvements, and overall operational excellence, while engineers and technicians execute the day-to-day technical activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate is preferably a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Operations and Maintenance for Commercial and Industrial rooftop solar projects. The candidate should also have at least five (5) years of leadership or managerial experience, specifically within the renewable energy industry. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and teams. The candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, flexible, and trustworthy, with proven proficiency in SCADA monitoring and performance analysis.
