The O&M manager is responsible for all O&M activities in his area. He successfully executes all O&M activities in a timely manner as per the allocated budget and with 100% compliance to company's requirements. He is in charge of optimizing the performance of his assigned operated PV assets in order to achieve the expected solar electricity production.

- Execute all O&M activities in a timely manner as per the allocated budget.
- Ensure 100% compliance to company's requirements.
- Optimize the performance of assigned operated PV assets.
- Achieve the expected solar electricity production.
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering (Electrical engineering preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in O&M activities (Corrective and Preventive Maintenance).
Required Skills
- Experience in solar O&M is a strong asset.
- Experience in Solar PV Testing and Commissioning would be appreciated.
- Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle complex situations and work under pressure.
- Rigorous, organized, proven autonomy, ability to prioritize tasks and initiatives.
- Ability to travel as assigned.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local language.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Solar PV Testing and Commissioning would be appreciated.
