Operations Lead

*This job is onsite in our Buhangin, Davao, office*

Position Overview:

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for an Operations Lead to help take our office and people operations to the next level. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys owning outcomes, and takes pride in building structure and culture. You will serve as the operational heartbeat of the office, ensuring smooth daily operations, supporting people processes, and creating an environment where teams can do their best work.

What You'll Do:

Key responsibilities are broken down into four categories:

Daily Operations

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters
• Ensure the office is fully operational, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps

People Operations

• Support timekeeping and time off coordination
• Partner with HR on employee relations and documentation
• Conduct initial interviews and manage candidate communications
• Oversee new hire onboarding and offboarding processes

Culture&Engagement

• Own office morale and team experience
• Plan team lunches, birthday celebrations, and employee recognitions
• Support initiatives that reinforce company values and engagement

Reporting& Communication

• Track key metrics (attendance, turnover, productivity, etc.)
• Provide leadership visibility into on-the-ground activity and trends
