Overview: Chargeback Specialist will contribute in supporting Disputes resolution and processing of scheme chargebacks. They must be a fast learner and eager to learn more especially in the field of Scheme chargebacks. The role requires a graduate of any 4year Business course.

- Disputes & Complaint Resolution
- Analyze and find better ways to defend a case.
- Continuous learning of scheme policies and rules
- Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- Proficient in MS Office especially MS Access
- At least 3 years relevant experience in Chargeback and Disputes
