Job Description
Role Responsibilities
- Update and document packaging guidelines specific to the Cabuyao site, ensuring alignment with company policies and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement packaging standards effectively across operations.
- Conduct Time-in-Motion studies to analyze workflows, establish productivity benchmarks, and recommend process optimizations.
- Support and maintain the 5S program by conducting audits, ensuring compliance, and identifying improvement areas.
- Promote team awareness and engagement to sustain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace environment
- Currently pursuing a BS in Industrial Engineering
- Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and tools
- Proficient in data analysis and process mapping
- Strong analytical mindset, with a keen eye for identifying bottlenecks and workflow inefficiencies
- Hands-on experience mapping end-to-end business workflows and conducting root-cause analyses on live processes.
- Direct cross-functional exposure working alongside team leads
