Job Summary
- Manage the department in the overall back-office delivery and support of existing, planned and
- development of various Bank products and services in collaboration with other relevant parties of
- the organization within the prescribed internal and external controls and regulations. Manages
- the entire service factory/ies, with full knowledge and application of current AMLA, Compliance
- and other regulatory requirements related to his/her specific responsibilities
How will you contribute
- Responsible for the overall back-office delivery and support of existing, planned and
- development of various Bank products and service.
- Manage and direct the professional careers of the respective officers and staff.
- Responsible for cost management and continuous process improvement, innovation and
- productivity initiatives either through process or systems.
- Responsible for planning and implementation of the department's goals and objectives within
- the context of the overall corporate goals and vision within the framework of OG balance
- scorecard and metrics.
What will make you successful
- College degree Master's degree (not preferred but an advantage)
- 10-12 years in banking operations in a (middle to senior level) supervisory role
- Knowledgeable in Bank's operations, products and services; BSP circulars, regulations and reports
