Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned
Operations Head to oversee multi-unit F&B operations across our restaurant portfolio. This executive role is heavily focused on Back-of-House (BOH) operational efficiency, kitchen management, menu execution, and multi-store financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall F&B operations across multiple restaurant concepts, ensuring high standards of kitchen execution and guest experience.
- Drive BOH-centric initiatives focused on food quality, kitchen safety, yield management, and waste reduction.
- Manage multi-unit P&L performance, cost targets (food, labor, operating expenses), and store profitability.
- Coach and develop Area Managers and Head Chefs to build strong leadership pipelines across all branches.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-brand or multi-unit operations in high-volume F&B environments.
- Strong background and hands-on expertise in Back-of-House (BOH) F&B operations and kitchen management.
