  • Drive operational efficiency by designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing workflows, systems, and standard operating procedures.
  • Manage partner relationships and supplier communications to ensure smooth coordination, timely delivery, and strong business alignment.
  • Supervise both data-driven operations and physical on-site operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting while maintaining hands-on execution in the field.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing projects, assess operational conditions, and implement process improvements on-ground.
  • Manage cross-functional collaboration to support seamless execution of projects and operational initiatives across departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze operational data, prepare detailed reports, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams, fostering a culture of accountability, performance excellence, and ownership.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and internal company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to align operational strategies with business goals.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of company brands, ensuring proper alignment of operations, execution standards, and brand consistency across activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 510+ years of experience in operations, business management, logistics, or cross-functional business roles
  • Strong background in business operations, process management, and/or marketing-driven operations execution
  • Experience in managing supplier, partner, and stakeholder relationships to support business and brand objectives
  • Proven ability to design and optimize workflows, SOPs, and operational systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating across departments (operations, sales, marketing, logistics)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
  • Hands-on experience in both field operations and office-based execution (site visits, audits, or project monitoring preferred)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and operational tools (an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of brand alignment, customer experience, and business execution standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution in fast-paced environments.
