About the Role:
As an Operations Executive, you'll play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in producing itineraries for our esteemed members. You will manage quotations, logistics, and bookings from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution of each journey. This role is ideal for highly detail-oriented individuals who enjoy structured processes and can spot potential gaps before they reach our members.
Responsibilities:
• Price suppliers across itineraries, adhering to company pricing rules.
• Review itineraries for completeness and accuracy, proactively identifying and resolving potential gaps.
• Handle the end-to-end process of making bookings on behalf of members, which includes (but is not limited to) flights, hotels, restaurants, experiences, transfers, and concierge services.
• Manage changes, amendments, cancellations, and operational updates from providers.
• Produce accurate travel documentation, invoices, and update internal systems, ensuring all itinerary information is current.
• Work closely with Travel Designers and internal teams to ensure flawless execution and a high-quality member experience.
Qualifications/Requirements
• Professional fluency in English; additional language highly desirable.
• Experience in travel operations, reservations, or luxury hospitality.
• Familiarity with GDS systems (Sabre preferred but not required).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple complex itineraries in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining exceptional service standards.
• Solutions-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and understanding of luxury travel standards.
