  • Regularly review supply chain processes and workflows to identify and develop process improvement plans and support in streamlining best practices across warehouses.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indictors (KPIs) for all supply chain activities and use data to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Have strong project management and stakeholder management to ensure effective implementation and track success metrics before handover to relevant stakeholders.
  • Drive the execution of supply chain strategies to improve overall operational efficiency, reduce cost and improve buyer and supplier experience.
  • Be hands on and become the subject matter expert for warehouse processes
  • Identify emerging trends and automations to keep the supply chain competitive and agile.
  • Control and mitigate risks within the fulfillment operations, including potential disruptions and quality issues to ensure that Scommerce is fully compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and development for fixed term employees and agents to share the standard operational procedures and rollout of any process improvements.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor, assess and report on fulfillment operations metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Conduct regular audit of processes to ensure quality control and compliance across different facilities

Requirements

  • Must hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and communication abilities, including effective presentation skills.
  • Possesses advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Proficient in supply chain management systems such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Capable of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating across various departments.
  • In-depth knowledge of supply chain concepts, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
  • Skilled in business process mapping and creating flowcharts.
  • Good communication skills and able to take ownership to drive projects
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in process documentation and conducting internal/external audits.
  • Expertise in process optimization methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite.
