Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Operations Excellence Manager to lead operational improvement initiatives across our fast food and restaurant chain operations. This role is responsible for driving process standardization, inventory accuracy, restaurant systems optimization, and continuous improvement to support efficient day-to-day operations across stores and commissaries.
The ideal candidate has experience supporting multi-store restaurant operations, implementing operational improvements, and working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commissary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across stores and commissaries.
- Manage restaurant systems that support inventory, production, and operational workflows.
- Develop and implement standardized operating procedures and business processes.
- Monitor inventory performance and identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and reduce waste.
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commissary teams to resolve operational issues.
- Oversee system implementation, testing, enhancements, and user acceptance activities.
- Develop operational manuals, system documentation, and training materials.
- Facilitate user training and support successful system adoption.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and inventory controls.
- Lead continuous improvement projects that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in operations excellence, business process improvement, restaurant systems, or inventory management.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Experience supporting multi-store fast food, QSR, restaurant chain, or food service operations.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement, inventory control, and system implementation.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
