Job Description:

  • Monitor and analyze data to identify suspicious rider behavior and potential fraud patterns
  • - Apply and interpret fraud rules to investigate and validate flagged cases
  • - Run data checks and generate insights to support fraud detection and prevention efforts
  • - Handle rider complaints and appeals related to fraud decisions in a clear and professional manner
  • - Document cases and collaborate with operations and risk teams to improve fraud controls

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • - Background in operations, fraud, risk, or customer support roles
  • - Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or transportation environments preferred
  • - Prior experience in fraud detection or similar roles is a strong advantage

Skills:

  • - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (data analysis, basic formulas, reporting)
  • - Ability to interpret rules, data patterns, and exceptions accurately
  • - Good communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly
  • - Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • - Comfortable working with data and making judgment-based decisions
  • - Able to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
