Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless communication and functionality of enterprise IP telephony systems, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing solutions to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. - Develop and implement best practices for system management and service delivery. - Facilitate training and knowledge sharing among team members to enhance overall team capability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Enterprise IP Telephony. - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cisco Call Manager. - Strong understanding of VoIP technologies and protocols. - Experience with network configuration and management. - Familiarity with troubleshooting telephony systems and related hardware. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance for improved service delivery. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise IP Telephony. - This position is based at our Manila office.
