Job Profile: Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2)
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, DevOps Engineering, the Collaboration & Platform Engineer (E2) supports the administration and operational stability of enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms. This role focuses on day-to-day platform support, basic automation, and continuous improvement under the guidance of senior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration of enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack Enterprise Grid, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
- Assist in managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online.
- Provide operational support and respond to platform-related incidents and service requests.
- Assist with automation and integration efforts using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure Logic Apps, and ServiceNow.
- Support AI-enabled features and ensure proper configuration under established governance guidelines.
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge base updates, and user enablement materials.
- Participate in platform migrations and modernization initiatives as directed.

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience supporting enterprise collaboration or productivity platforms.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Basic experience with automation, scripting, or APIs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and escalate issues appropriately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Slack Enterprise Grid or Google Workspace administration.
- Experience with Azure services or Microsoft Graph.
Interest in enterprise AI capabilities and automation solutions.
