Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Director located in Manila. The Operations Director will oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include leading teams, streamlining processes, executing strategies to meet business objectives, and improving overall performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across departments, implementing training programs, ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards, and driving initiatives for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Experience in Sales with a proven ability to drive growth and manage client relationships effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in the Healthcare Industry, including understanding of revenue cycle management and industry regulations.
  • Proficiency in Training staff and developing team capabilities to ensure optimal performance and alignment with company objectives.
  • Proven ability in Project Management to oversee multiple initiatives, manage timelines, and achieve deliverables successfully.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience with operational tools, data analytics platforms, and process improvement methodologies is preferred.
