Operations Development Specialist

We are looking for a Operations Development Specialist to assist the Global Operations Development Lead in optimizing organizational processes, workflows, and digital solutions that drive efficiency across the business.

This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to identify operational inefficiencies, analyze data, implement process improvements, and support initiatives aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Global Operations Development Lead to identify and analyze inefficiencies in organizational processes and workflows.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in developing reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.
• Support the design and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate process improvement initiatives, including documentation, action tracking, and progress reporting.
• Assist in presenting data analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities, providing feedback, and developing practical solutions aligned with business needs.
• Support the development of automation and AI-driven tools to improve operational processes.
• Assist in ensuring compliance and quality assurance across operational processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of digital tools used across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in project management, process improvement, business operations, or a related field.
• Experience in process improvement methodologies and workflow development.
• Strong data analytics skills, with proficiency in Power BI and DAX.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, particularly for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in digitalization, automation, or developing digital solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Apps.
• Experience working with international or cross-functional teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness when handling data, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience or knowledge in AI development is an advantage.
• Experience with other data analytics, automation, or project management tools that can contribute to improving our operations is a plus.
