ROLE SNAPSHOT

You own high-accuracy data entry, invoicing, and system reporting within defined SLAs to support US payroll processing and tax amendments. Your daily work involves executing structured workflows across platforms like Salesforce and EVO, ensuring client submissions, 941 amendments, and ERTC data are processed without error.

This is not an ad-hoc administrative role. You operate within strict delivery timelines, manage high-volume queues, and are trusted to maintain strict quality and production standards. Best suited for detail-driven professionals who thrive in structured, process-oriented environments and excel at executing repetitive, time-sensitive tasks with precision.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

• 1+ years of hands-on US Payroll experience executing payroll entries, client terminations, or tax amendments
• Direct experience managing high-volume data entry across systems like Salesforce, EVO, or equivalent ERP/CRM platforms
• Intermediate MS Excel proficiency (capable of running VLookups, pivot tables, and data charts independently)
• Experience operating under strict US operational SLAs, quality audits, and tight production timeframes
• Willingness to work the 8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT (US daytime business hours) night shift in a Hybrid work arrangement

• Direct experience processing 941 amendments or ERTC (Employee Retention Tax Credit) workflows
• Proven track record in a US-facing BPO or shared services environment
• Advanced typing speed and multi-system navigation accuracy

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

Payroll & Tax Workflow Execution

You own the accurate processing of core payroll and tax documentation to meet daily operational deadlines.

• Execute payroll entries from fax, email, and auto-payroll submissions within SLA
• Complete data entry, setup, and billing tasks for ERTC and 941 tax amendments
• Manage client terminations, 401(k) file submissions, and Workers Compensation mapping

Queue & System Administration

You maintain system integrity and smooth workflow distribution across core client platforms.

• Manage and assign tasks within the Payroll Queue, Salesforce, and Hub mailboxes
• Load critical documents to client/employee web portals and update system records in EVO and Salesforce
• Perform VMR setups, minimum monthly billings, and invoice creation for Cash Management handoffs

Production & SLA Management

You drive operational reliability by consistently meeting quality and turn-around standards.

• Generate and distribute regular operational reports to internal partners via Salesforce
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and proactively communicate quality or service concerns to Leadership
• Coordinate cross-functional updates with internal teams to track tasks in progress
