We're Hiring – Operations Coordinator (Travel Industry)
Time to Travel is looking for a new team member to join our office in Las Piñas City, Manila.
We are a well-established Destination Management Company (DMC) working with a range of large and reputable international travel agencies. We are now looking for a structured and service-minded colleague to support our daily operations.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing communication with partners and suppliers
• Maintaining, negotiating and updating contracts
• Creating and updating travel itineraries
• Handling ad hoc operational and administrative tasks
• Supporting the sales and operations team
• Ensuring quality and accuracy across deliverables
• Assisting with process improvements and coordination
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in the travel industry (a plus, not a requirement)
• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Has strong IT skills, especially in Excel and Canva
• Thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
