Your Role:

As a Operations Coordinator - Outbound, you will:
  • Conduct outbound calls to new and existing runners to guide them through the onboarding process.
  • Explain client's delivery procedures, guidelines, and app functionality in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Walk runners through common app functions such as job acceptance, navigation, pick-up/drop-off protocols, and POD (proof of delivery) requirements.
  • Answer questions from runners and ensure they are confident using the clientu0027s app before taking jobs.
  • Monitor active runner routes in real time and follow up to ensure timely arrival and job completion.
  • Provide live operational support to runners experiencing delays, technical issues, or route confusion.
  • Assign delivery jobs based on runner location, time requirements, and availability.
  • Collaborate with customer service and delivery teams to resolve delivery issues quickly and effectively.
  • Document call interactions, feedback, delivery updates, and issues in internal systems.
  • Provide insights to help improve onboarding materials, app instructions, and support content

What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, outbound calling, or support roles logistics, delivery, or transport experience is an advantage (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required with relevant experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly and patiently explain technical processes
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills, able to handle real-time issues with urgency and accuracy
  • Proficient with basic digital tools (routing apps, communication platforms, CRM systems) and able to remain calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented under pressure
