Your Role
As a Operations Coordinator - Job Handling, you will:
- Group and assign jobs to drivers based on location, urgency, and availability
- Publish jobs to attract new drivers and grow the Runner network
- Monitor job progress and ensure deliveries are completed on time
- Handle customer cases and complaints professionally, empathetically, and positively
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other delivery-related requests
- Communicate and coordinate with colleagues and internal teams to resolve delivery issues
- Record all job activity, customer interactions, and relevant updates in the system
- Provide feedback on delivery process efficiency and customer service improvements
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering prompt, clear, and helpful support
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for both Senders and Drivers
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience in customer service, delivery/logistics, or support roles
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a calm, professional demeanor
- Comfortable using CRM and customer support systems with a team-oriented, customer-first mindset
