Your Role:

As a Operations Coordinator - Inbound, you will:
  • Handle inbound calls from Runners needing assistance with job-related issues, app navigation, or procedural clarifications.
  • Respond to comments or queries submitted via the support section or chat channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log, track, and resolve issues raised by Runners during live runs, escalating when necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Dispatch and Customer Support to ensure Runner concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Assist Runners with troubleshooting delivery issues, delays, or updates related to job assignments.
  • Monitor communications and provide guidance in a clear, simple, and supportive manner.
  • Record key notes, interactions, and resolutions in the system for tracking and performance purposes.
  • Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements to enhance the Runner experience and internal workflows.

What You Need:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role (inbound support or logistics experience is a plus
